OUR STORY

Schram Vineyards Winery & Brewery began as the dream of a farm boy who loved making wine. He met an uptown girl with a taste for wine and beer and they put down their roots in the fields of Waconia in 2008. The dream came to fruition when they opened their doors in 2013 as a winery, and soon after, as a brewery as well. Marrying country and city, wine and beer — Schram brings vineyard wine and craft beer drinkers together in Minnesota at last!   Read the full story..

Laketown Rosé

Laketown Rosé

Type: 100% Minnesota Blend of Red & White Grapes

With a fruit forward nose of creamy wild berries, this light bodied Minnesota rosé offers a wide array of flavors – from warm caramel to Macintosh apple, wild strawberry and pomegranate that continues to evolve with hints of sour cherry – developed from the Frontenac grapes. With a deeper rose hue, this will be your go-to boat sipper that will play best supporting role in all your favorite lakeside memories and photos.

2016 Sangiovese

2016 Sangiovese

Type: MN Single-Varietal Red Wine

This single varietal red opens with notes of plum followed by dusted black cherry. Complexity comes from aging in French oak barrels, leading to subtle smoke notes and a smooth, dry finish.

Semi-Sparkling Rosé

Semi-Sparkling Rosé

Type: Minnesota Semi-Sparkling Wine

This lightly effervescent rosé has a delightfully fragrant nose of lush strawberries and florals. Not too sweet, nor too dry, bright peach comes through with a kiss of ripe berry in a harmonious balance that leaves you ready for more.

Bonfire

Bonfire

Type: Red Blend

Style: Dry Red Blend

Year: 2016

The tradition continues with our signature big, dry, red blend which features 50% Cabernet and 50% Minnesota Marquette, marrying the best of both worlds.  Rich plum and notes of black currant with a bite of black pepper spice on the finish.
