Is there a fee to join the Wine Club?
There is no fee to join our The Wine Club. You are obligated to do 4- quarterly pick ups/shipments per year.
Is there a fee to join the Growler Club?
The fee for growler club is $25 per quarter. You will be billed $25 at sign-up so that you can take advantage of your membership benefits right away. Then you are billed quarterly in January, April, July and October. Your membership is continuous until canceled with a one year minimum commitment.
Can I switch my wine club membership selection preference once I have signed up?
Wine Club Members are able to change their membership selection preference at any time. When this change goes into effect depends on the date of the next Wine Club pick up and the date of the preference change request.
What if I am not able to pick up wines during the pick-up event?
There are benefits to picking up your product during a pick up event such as special tastings and fun activities. If you’re not able to make it to the pick up event, stop by the tasting room during our open hours (before 6pm) within 60 days of the release date and a staff member will be happy to assist in retrieving your product. If your product is not picked up within that time frame, and no other arrangements have been made with The Club Concierge, your product will be restocked. If you pick up after 60 days, wines or vintages may not be guaranteed and you may be asked to exchange your wine for something of equal or lesser value. Note, wines will not automatically ship out if you’re account is set to pick-up.
Does someone need to be home to receive the shipment?
Yes! Law requires that only someone 21 years or older can sign for the package. We recommend that if you can, have your shipments sent to your place of work or to a neighbor that you know will be home.
What if I will NOT be available to pick up my product for an extended period of time? What are my options?
Shipping can be a great option for those who can’t make it into the winery. You may also authorize someone 21 or older to pick up the wines on your behalf. Another one to consider is placing your membership on hold until your able to pick up or receive shipments again.
I thought that credit cards were processed around the first of the month during club pick up/shipment months. Why did my credit/debit not get charged at this time?
The most common reason why is this may occur is because credit/debit cards have likely expired or have changed or your address might have changed. Contact the winery to update your payment information.
What if I am not receiving Club Membership e-newsletters or emails?
If you’re not receiving the e-newsletter/emails, check your spam filter or junk mail box or your “promotions” file. If you’re still finding that you are not receiving that information, please update your email address in your club profile on our website or email firstname.lastname@example.org
How much do The Wine Club wines cost?
We currently have white and red wines ranging in price from $19.00-$40.00. Your club selection benefits will apply to these prices. The wines you choose for your club release are charged at the retail cost, less your club discount. Reserve and limited release wines are not discounted.
How will I know when the next quarterly pick-up is?
Our primary method of communication to our clubs is via e-mail. We send out e-newsletters to inform our members of special announcements, upcoming winery events, and upcoming Club pick up details as they become available. Please note that if you unsubscribe from the e-newsletter/emails; we will not be able to notify you of important membership details.
Can I cancel my membership?
You may cancel your membership after you have fulfilled 4 of our quarterly pick-ups or billing cycles. Your membership is continuous until cancelled. Please note that all membership changes/updates and shipment requests must be made at least one week prior to each pick-up billing date. Membership cancellation requests must be received through email 30 days prior to the next billing date. A minimum one year commitment is required for this membership. There will be a $25 cancellation fee if your first year is not fulfilled upon cancellation. All cancellation requests must be made in writing by emailing email@example.com. Leaving a message on the voicemail or telling a staff member in person is not a valid form of cancellation. This is so we have documentation of your request. If you do not want to cancel, you may suspend your account for a few quarters and reactivate at a later date.
