Hosting a Private Event

Schram Vineyards is a wonderful place to host your company outings, holiday parties, celebrations, and more. Our tasting and tap room is an open and wonderful space with picture windows overlooking the vineyard and Reitz Lake.  The focus for events we can host privately are on the hand-crafted wines and beers that we make right here on-site and we love to offer a true winery and brewery experience for your guests.  If you are interested in renting our tasting room, grounds, or barrel room for your event, arrangements must be made no later than 30 days prior to your desired date.   Please note that we do not permit group celebrations in our tasting room during our business hours, but encourage you to contact us about private space available to you. 

Please note:  We do not host weddings. 

There are two available venues for hosting your own private event:

Tasting & Tap Room

Availability: ONLY when we are closed with public hours.  A three hour minimum is required for venue rental.

Ideal for: Corporate outings, holiday parties, special occasions.  Please note we are not able to accommodate weddings as we do not rent this space out on weekends.  

Capacity: 150 (up to 200 with outdoor pavilion May-September)

Times available for events:

Monday-Wednesday 9am-9pm

Fee: Please inquire for custom quote– will vary based on number of attendees and length of event.  A three hour minimum is required for venue rental.

Beverage Minimums: $700 or $15 per person, whichever is greater.  This is in addition to the rental fee.

Barrel Room 

Availability:  During our regular business hours for events up to 50 people.  Cellar is not available from mid-August thru mid-November (harvest season).  The barrel room is a 21+ event space.  This is a working facility, so not all events may be accommodated in this space. 

Ideal for: Anniversaries, Casual rehearsal dinners, wine clubs,  company parties, and holiday parties.  This space is best used as mingling space.  Sit-down dinners will require an extra charge.

Capacity: 50 for cocktail set-up, 35 for seated dinner

Times available:

Thursdays and Fridays 5-9pm

Saturdays 6-9pm

Sundays 1-4pm (three hour period)

Fee for cocktail event: $500 

Additional fee for lower patio rental: $150 (Available May – August)

Additional Fee for seated dinner (max of 40):  $150

Beverage Minimums:

$375 or $15 per person, whichever is greater.
