Raspberry Bumbley Sangria Recipe
Last fall we held a “Bumbley Brunch” and created this recipe using our Raspberry Bumbley.
Honey wine, bubbles, fruit…what’s not to love? It was a big hit and many have asked how to make it at home or for your own brunch.
Raspberry Bumbley Sangria
Fruit (cranberries, raspberries, etc.)
Simple Syrup Recipe:
1 cup white sugar
1 cup water
2 cups of fresh OR frozen peaches
Boil ALL ingredients together until sugar is dissolved.
Let steep for 45 minutes and cool
Equal amounts of the simple syrup and cranberry juice
(unsweetened) or about 2 Tablespoons of each
HALF A CUP of Raspberry Bumbley.
Pour over ice and add:
Cranberries, Raspberries or whatever fruit you would like to add!
Garnish with mint leaves.
