TASTING ASSOCIATE
Schram Vineyards is looking to add several new Tasting Associates to our team this busy season! If you love working with people, being surrounded by wine in a beautiful atmosphere, and can work in a fast-paced multi-faceted environment, we’d love to meet you! LINE COOK

Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications

Plates prepared foods based on the chef's guidance

Responsible for the setup, operation, break down, and cleaning of all kitchen equipment

Assist with washing dishes, sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning and maintaining equipment, sanitizing utensils, etc. as needed

Uphold our restaurant kitchen sanitation and food service safety standards
Job Requirements:

Ability to learn restaurant menus and recipes

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Comfortable standing for extended periods of time, able to lift up to 30 lbs. and continuously bend, reach and twist

Ability to make decisions and work independently and as part of a team

Strong attention-to-detail and a willingness to learn

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts preferred
