OPEN YEAR-ROUND!

We invite you to visit our tasting room in wonderful Waconia! With a beautiful setting both inside and outside, there are many spaces to enjoy our hand-crafted wine and beer, where everything is made on-site!  Offering wines and beer by the glass, flights, and wine bottle sales.

We are excited to offer a variety of ways to experience Schram Vineyards. So there are no surprises during your visit, we ask you to please review and understand our Guest Policies throughout this page.

WHAT WE OFFER DAILY

WINE: We offer a wide selection of our award-winning wines by the glass or bottle.  See our wines HERE.

WINE TASTINGS: Walk-in wine tastings are available as capacity allows for groups of 6 and under until 6pm.  We offer a variety of wine tasting experiences bookable online prior to your visit.  Click HERE.

BEER: Craft beer from our brewery, Schram Haus Brewery.  We aim for 8-10 brews on draft including light, dark, IPAs, and malty. We occasionally have hard seltzers.

N/A BEVERAGES: Non-alcoholic beverages such as sodas, draft root beer, and sparkling water. We also carry an N/A beer and seltzer.

BEER FLIGHTS: Available to order at the main bar. NOTE: these may be unavailable during peak times such as Saturdays during high season

FOOD: Our kitchen serves wine and beer friendly bites to eat. Our food truck is open seasonally usually Thursday - Sunday. Please check out our food menu and different hours of operation here - MENU

SHOP: Wine bottle shop, apparel and merchandise are available! We also occasionally host pop-up vendors. 

COCKTAILS and SPECIALTY DRINKS: We have a rotating selection of seasonal vermouth cocktails such as spritzers and old fashioneds. We also offer mimosas, sangrias, frozen wines, and mulled wine seasonally. 

Guests 21 and over, please be prepared with valid ID.

BOCCE BALL

Our two bocce ball courts run alongside the vineyard and are available on a first come, first serve basis.  Ask for a play set at the main tasting bar and leave an ID in exchange for a play set. 

Bocce Courts may be reserved for $25 per court per hour if you have another private event rental space. 

Intended for adult use only. No other games or toys are allowed on the courts. 

We offer Bocce Ball Leagues end of spring through fall.  Join our mailing list to be in the know for league openings and registrations.

SEATING

Schram Vineyards offers lots of seating indoors in our tasting room and outdoors under the covered pavilion, on our patios, and in the vineyard area. We do not take table reservations. Seating is first come, first serve for groups under 10. Reservations are only taken for one of our experiences. Groups should schedule one of our Group Visit options or email info@schramvineyards.com to inquire about visiting to determine the best option.

BUS, LIMO OR LARGE PARTY POLICIES

Schram Vineyards is committed to offering memorable experiences for all guests.  In order to do so, we recommend large groups schedule one of our Group Visit experiences to ensure we can accommodate you and be prepared for your visit.  

If a Group Visit is not scheduled, all bus, limo or large party visits must be approved prior to arrival and visits are dependent on space available and seasonality.  Please email info@schramvineyards.com to make arrangements and please note the following:

  • Rowdy and disorderly conduct will not be tolerated.

  • Groups arriving already intoxicated will not be served. Please consider making us an early stop on your tour. 

  • We have the right to turn away buses or larger groups that have not received permission prior to arrival or buses that arrive in a disrespectful manner.  Please be mindful of other guests and neighbors when arriving and keep bus volumes at a respectful level.  

  • No beverages from the bus may be taken off of the bus. 

DOG POLICY

Socialized dogs are welcome on our outdoor grass and gravel areas. Dogs must be leashed at all times and picked up after.  Dogs are not allowed indoors with the exception of service dogs. There is a friendly English Cream Golden Retriever named Woody who lives with the Schram family near the winery. He occasionally comes to say hello and loves to socialize!

CHILD POLICY

Guests under 21 and children are welcome to visit us with a parent or adult responsible for their safety and behavior. Please note the following expectations when visiting with kids:

We do not offer activities for children and for the safety of all guests, sporting equipment is not allowed at the winery. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times and should not be allowed to roam or run around our property unsupervised. The indoor Tasting Room is a relaxing space for guests to enjoy wine and beer experiences and is not a play area or children's area. The bocce ball courts should not be used as sand pits. Wine tasting experiences are 21+ only. 

PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY

Schram Vineyards is a beautiful backdrop for any number of professional photos.  Professional photography sessions require a permit and fee and are only allowed during certain times during the weekdays. We do not allow weekend professional photography. Please contact info@schramvieyards.com to arrange a photo session. 

SMOKING AND CANNABIS POLICY

For the enjoyment of our guests and protection of our property, Schram Vineyards does not allow cigarette smoking or vaping. Because our business is centered around consumption of wine and beer, we are not allowing the consumption of any marijuana or THC-based products. Please note: We do occasionally host cigar nights.  We will have a designated cigar smoking areas.
